Processing Time: we work diligently to process and prepare your items for shipment within two business days from the date of purchase. Please note that certain products may require additional processing time due to customization. If you are unsure and would like an exact estimate, please send us an email at sales@canadaqualitygear.com. 

Shipping Methods: We offer a single shipping method: Standard Shipping. This method ensures reliable delivery to your address within the estimated timeframe specified during checkout. Please note that shipping times provided are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather conditions or carrier delays. Once we've dispatched your order within the processing timeframe we've specified, please note that we don't have control over the shipping times thereafter.

Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are determined solely by your delivery location since we offer a flat-rate shipping method, not influenced by the weight of the items. You can view the applicable shipping charges during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to be updated by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We take great care to ensure the safe delivery of your order. However, once the package has been handed over to the selected carrier, any issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the respective shipping company. We will assist you to the best of our ability in providing necessary documentation or support to resolve such issues.

Address Accuracy: To prevent any shipping delays or non-deliveries, please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly inputted address. Please ensure that a unit number is included if applicable.

Returns: Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our locally manufactured goods that go through many quality control processes to assure customers will be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably.

CanadaQualityGear is not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by shipping Couriers 
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery
